    What is it?
Government information sites are made by the government of a country to help them inform the people about different things. The government now us the internet to provide the citizens of the country access to advice, services and relevant information by using the internet. The internet allows access to a much wider range of information unlike using paper based documents and it is used every single day. Which means that it can be updated frequently.
The government can now easily have a two way communication with the user, where they can personally contact them with the people through web forms. They can also make transactions for example if they want a new passport they don't have to physically go to that office, instead they can do it online with their own unique username and password.
For citizens to be able to do this they have to know how to use the internet and have the right devices for it. The problem is that not everyone wants to do things online. A problem for the government is that some documents need to be signed by hand so the law should be changed when concerning digital signatures. Another problem for them is that the cost of changing from a traditional government to an e-government.
    Social and ethical issues
Reliability and integrity because how will the citizen know whether the information is official and authentic. Also how reliable is all the information and how frequently is it updated.
The digital divide and equality of access because the website has to be in a way that suits everyone's needs (for example people with disabilities)
Policies because they should make it in a way where it is accessible to everyone.
Digital citizen ship because they have to ensure that the information delivered contributes to the indentify of people as citizens of a country.

The lessons soldiers can learn on a laptop could save their lives on operations.
Not that realistic so soldiers have to go behind the wheel of a real tank before visiting warzone. The main reason for this is that this system is used only by the army to learn curtain rules and methods to attack and not harm innocent civilians.
COMUTERCOMPUTER SIMULATION CAN NEVER RELACEREPLACE REAL LIFE
Software is very realistic: “The software uses actual Iraqi road networks. Buildings are identical to those soldiers are likely to see on operations, and the figures populating the virtual world are dressed in realistic clothing.”
The software is used to teach soldiers about to be sent on operations in Afghanistan and Iraq how to deal with ambushes, roadside bombs and other threats.
    ...
•Computer technicians are able to add an angry crowd of stone-throwing youths, a British Challenger tank and a camera-toting press photographer wearing a blue flak jacket into the simulation. They can also add different times of day, or weather conditions ranging from blazing sun to torrential rainstorms.
•It is also portable and can be set up anywhere in the world in just a couple of hours.
    Little/no risk
    Safe, controlled area
    Realistic scenarios
Can be done remotely saving time and money
    Simplifies complex problems/situations
Innovative and enjoyable (but they have to take it seriously)
    Disadvantages of the program
This technology is expensive and relatively new
This type of training does not have the same consequences as training and working in the real world
A person might do extremely well on virtual training but might not do well in real world

Ø 1. The player who drives the vehicle
    Ø 2. Vehicle commander
Ø 3. A gunner (a user who sends commands which can change or add different scenarios)
v To access this virtual training there should be 3 users with computer connected to each other on a network.
v Each user should have an individual laptop
v Computers should be turned on and connected to the internet
v Virtual Battle Space 2 should be opened on all the laptops so users can start to learn

training is safe and it maximisesa training method in which a simulated virtual environment is used. In this environment an instructor is able to explain, show or test certain abilities that can contribute to the benefits of real-life training. It evenlearning process.
